Principal Member - $500.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Qualifications: Principal Membership is open only to individuals who are owners, managers or designated representatives of buildings primarily used as office buildings, but also including professional, medical and institutional buildings in the West Michigan area; or individuals who are actively involved in corollary professions, such as real estate development, appraising, real estate brokerage, banking, legal, engineering, architecture and public accounting.
Principal membership also includes membership in BOMA International.

Principal Member (Event Inclusive) - $750.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Qualifications: Principal Membership is open only to individuals who are owners, managers or designated representatives of buildings primarily used as office buildings, but also including professional, medical and institutional buildings in the West Michigan area; or individuals who are actively involved in corollary professions, such as real estate development, appraising, real estate brokerage, banking, legal, engineering, architecture and public accounting.
Principal membership also includes membership in BOMA International.

THIS INCLUDES ALL LUNCH FEES FOR THE YEAR.

Professional Education Participant Sponsor - $350.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Qualifications: Professional Education Participant Sponsor must meet the same qualifications as a Principal Member and are only available to the 2nd and any subsequent attendee from the same company.

Professional Education Participant Sponsor (Event Inclusive) - $600.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Qualifications: Professional Education Participant Sponsor must meet the same qualifications as a Principal Member and are only available to the 2nd and any subsequent attendee from the same company.
