One of the most important responsibilities that BOMA West Michigan has is to stay on top of the issues that affect our membership and to be involved in spurring the type of change and growth that will benefit all of us.  Being a voice for the industry and educating and informing members so they can make good decisions on actions they as a company may want to take is key. 

Our current areas of focus:

• Parking- improve convenient parking availability during daytime hours
• Unhoused Neighbors- achieve a visible reduction in people (perceived to be experiencing homelessness) passing time in outdoor areas
• Crime- increase the perception of safety in downtown and corridor areas
