Tom Welling, Vice President of Development and Facilities
Tom is the Vice President of Development and Facilities for Suburban Inns. He leads the design, development, and construction of new properties. He also supports the ongoing maintenance of all of the existing properties which include Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Hampton Inn, Courtyard by Marriott and the Hilton Garden Inn.
Prior to joining Suburban Inns, Welling held management positions with multiple construction companies over the past twenty years ranging from: surgery centers, heavy industrial facilities, medical offices, restaurants and hotel facilities at locations throughout the United States. Welling holds a BSE from the University of Michigan and has served in the United States Navy. He is married and has three sons.
