Brian Crissman, VP of National Healthcare, The Christman Company
As the Vice President of National Healthcare for the Christman Company, Brian is client and relationship focused and dedicated to leading and expanding the vital healthcare market segment which accounts for approximately 30 percent of Christman's revenue. Throughout his impressive tenure at Christman, he has overseen numerous landmark healthcare initiatives, showcasing his exceptional leadership skills. Brian has successfully overseen the completion of hundreds of millions of dollars in new construction and expansion projects nationally. His extensive knowledge of the unique requirements of healthcare construction allows him to provide innovative solutions early in each of his projects.
Richard App, Retail, Retention & Attraction Specialist, Grand Rapids Chamber
Richard App was born in Iceland and attended graduate school in Arizona but has lived and worked and West Michigan for most of his life. A long-time small business owner, Richard's role at the Chamber is dedicated to encouraging local and national retailers to set up shop in Grand Rapids, and to ensure that when they do, they are set up for success.
Richard is an active member of the Grand Rapids Community and believes that community service is a role we all need to participate in. He sits on several boards including the Friends of Grand Rapids Parks, the Heritage Hill Association and the steering committee for Confluence.
Jeff Karger, Executive VP, JLL Brokerage
Jeff Karger opened the Grand Rapids office of global commercial real estate firm JLL in 2016. Pairing Jeff's extensive local presence and the global expertise of the firm, he has been able to deliver high level results for the collective clients. Jeff works in the occupier space as a trusted advisor in Portfolio Optimization, Strategy, Tenant Representation, Landlord Representation, Acquisition, and Disposition of local and global companies. He has over 20 years of expertise in office and corporate services real estate markets.
Prior to his role with JLL, Jeff was a Senior Advisor/Director of Office Services for CWD Real Estate Investment, and served as Vice President and Director of Office Services for the Wisinski Group.
