Join BOMA West Michigan members and guests to tour JD Studio Park right off Ionia Street in the heart of downtown Grand Rapids entertainment district. Studio Park involves retail,residential, restaurants, a movie theater, a listening room, a public piazza with an outdoor screen, a "Canopy by Hilton" hotel, an office complex, and 960 parking spaces of parking.

About JD Studio Park

Studio Park is a roughly $140 million project south of the Van Andel Arena that includes a movie complex, restaurant, apartments, retail, office space, a hotel, a parking garage and a 200-seat live music venue. The first phase of the project, which includes the movie theater, retail and apartments, is expected to open first week of October.

The development’s 106 apartments, which range from studios to two-bedroom units, are expected to open in this fall. In addition to the nine-screen movie theater, the development will also boast an outdoor movie screen in its piazza.
