Join BOMA West Michigan to tour Metro's newest addition. Don't miss this rare opportunity to tour a medical facility prior to opening to the public. The Metro Healthpark East Complex, when open, will be comprised of the following:
1) Urgent Care: To consist of 10 exam rooms (sized at 120 sf-144 sf with one large 250 sf for Trauma)—5 built out to start and 5 shelled for future growth and all necessary support/storage spaces needed to operate the urgent care.
Total estimated square footage: 7,500-10,000—to be finalized during programming.
2) Wound Clinic: To consist of 6 exam rooms, 3 hyperbaric chambers, support space and 3 offices.
Total estimated square footage: 5,000.
3) Lab: Scope of lab area is still under development. Anticipate 1-2 draw stations with space for onsite processing of certain labs.
Total estimated square footage: 1,000.
4) Imaging: Space for plain film digital x-ray, ultrasound and CT-Scan.
Total Estimated square footage: 3,500.
5) Pharmacy: Includes work surface, sink and storage.
6) Lower Level Support Spaces Clinical Engineering/IT: To include work surface for 1-2 people, med gas and sink.
Total estimated square footage: 800-1,000.
7) Outpatient Surgery Center: Is currently on the 2nd floor and opened January 2015.
8) A complete lower level which will feature space for Support Services, Clinical Engineering, Environmental Service and Purchasing.
